It's one sharing space of multiple identity experiences, place for discussion and political development of requests, claims and rights of the trans* community, born for strengthen the sense of pride and belonging to the community.

HEALTH
At Arcigay Rete Trans Nazionale, we care about the health of all people. If you're transgender or non-binary, we want you to know we're here for you. We offer information, support, and resources to help everyone manage their health in the best possible way. We work together to overcome any challenges you may face and ensure everyone can access the services they need. Join our community and let's journey toward better health together.
Our association is actively committed to promoting and protecting the health of transgender and non-binary people. We recognize the unique healthcare needs of this community and work tirelessly to ensure everyone has access to quality healthcare. Through our network of experts and professionals, we provide accurate information, resources, and support to address health challenges. Additionally, we are committed to improving access to healthcare services and promoting understanding and acceptance of all members of our community.
WORK
Our association is deeply committed to supporting the inclusion of transgender and non-binary people in the workplace. We recognize the challenges they may face in seeking employment and in the workplace, which is why we offer specific guidance and support services for job placement. We collaborate with companies to promote training and the development of inclusive, respectful, and safe work environments so that all employees, regardless of their gender identity, can achieve their full well-being and potential. Our work is based on equality and dignity, ensuring that every individual has access to employment opportunities and can express themselves authentically in the workplace.
At Arcigay Rete Trans Nazionale, we truly care about making a difference for transgender and non-binary people, especially when it comes to employment. POLITICS
We are committed to creating and supporting a more equal and inclusive society for all people, regardless of their gender identity or gender expression. We recognize the need to ensure that transgender and non-binary people have full access to fundamental human rights, including but not limited to: education, employment, healthcare, and protection from discrimination and violence. We are committed to promoting and supporting laws and policies that recognize and protect the dignity and rights of transgender and non-binary people. We will work with local communities, organizations, and individuals to educate, raise awareness, and combat discrimination and stigmatization of transgender and non-binary people.

We believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of their gender identity. Through our political action, we strive to influence policies and laws to ensure greater equity and justice for the transgender and non-binary community. We work tirelessly to raise awareness of these issues in society and institutions, so that more inclusive and welcoming living conditions can be created for all. We are also committed to fighting for legislation that fully recognizes transgender and non-binary people, without pathologizing them. We believe that the law should reflect and respect the dignity and autonomy of every individual, without labeling or discriminating against anyone based on their gender identity. Our association adopts a professional and formal communications approach to defending the rights of transgender and non-binary people. We regularly produce press releases highlighting important issues, sharing updates on our initiatives, and responding to events affecting our community. Our social media pages are carefully managed, presenting accurate and respectful content. Furthermore, we are ready to intervene quickly when events against transgender and non-binary people occur, condemning such actions and demanding justice. Our communications are always guided by truth, fairness, and respect for the people we represent.
